There really isn't a route or trail. You may come across someone else's foot prints but in general you need to expect to find your own way. I followed the level bench above Buckskin Gulch around and then approached the arch from the West and South. The red route shown is my shorter route back out - it was more up and down but still relatively easy until I got to the fence and had to climb up "The Dive".
