Karen's Follow-up - Sept. 2nd, '03

Roger:
Thanks for your reply. I couldn't resist sending this advertisement to you today.  We will forever think about your  jeans story.  Ed lives in Wranglers, the lined style, from about October to May.  He calls them his woolies.  Jim is also a lover of woolies.  Not enough fat on them to stay warm.

Ed and I thought you would hear from Janet with the comment about Nebraska.  She is truly a
Cornhusker through and through and very vocal about it.  Maybe you will meet her someday now
that they will be in San Jose.  More of the Olanders are migrating into CA. but we are soooooooooo
THANKFUL to be in beautiful Colorado but, of course, we are not in our 30's either.

Jim writes Ed this morning that he thinks they might start building an ark.  Jim isn't able to be on
the links with all the rain, I guess.  It is the rainy season Jim.

Must go and pick up the car and leave half our inheritance there.  Seal in the engine replaced.

Suns shining here today and suppose to be 55 degrees.  Beautiful blue sky and Pike's Peak has
a white top which is sooooooooo beautiful against the deep blue sky.  Looks like Grand Junction is
getting rain.  They have certainly had a lot more moisture over there this winter than in the past.
I flew to CA. towards the end of last month and it was white all the way to CA.  It was foggy over
all of Utah but I'm pretty sure they had snow on the ground too.

I think the retired folks in the US would put up the biggest fight the government has ever heard
or seen if they tried to adjust the social security so don't worry, just keep planning for that big day.  Good to stay healthy too.

We're out of here,
Ed and Karen
